The dashboard offers 2 different views and allows you to see at a glance how your organisation is performing against your company objectives and for our social housing and public sector customers, this can be driven against your defined desired outcomes. This performance summary can be used as a drill down to the specific measures and processes you have put in place and documented.
Performance report ? this user configurable report draws together textual information, KPIs, risks, and objectives/outcomes allowing you full flexibility to put together summary or complete performance reports which can be published both on the web or to downloadable PDF files.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Our KPI reporting tool developed originally in partnership with our Social Housing customers allows a unified way to collect information, removing the monthly chore of chasing measures across departments. Notifications improve the responsiveness of contributors, providing reminders to update the system.
The tool allows manual update also, provides online charting and tabular display of data and has an extensive set of standard reports which can be viewed in your browser, downloaded as PDF or integrated with your website or intranet. Snapshot features allow you to take out a specific report instead of the dynamic up to the minute reports which are standard. Report variances allow you to tailor sections of reporting data for specific audiences such as a management summary or a reporting team. Many customers also opt for our custom reporting option where we can tailor specific reports to your requirements.
Our KPI feature is an integral part of our overall performance management framework and can also supply information to support the Performance Dashboard mentioned above.
Risk Management
Many organisations struggle to document and demonstrate risk management processes, often resorting to spread-sheets and paper based systems with the inherent limitations.
The Risk Management tool offers a strategic solution to the dilemma of how to deal with this problem.
The system has the capacity to manage all the risks across your organisation from operational, strategic, health, safety, business continuity etc. Unlimited* risk registers allow you to categorise risks and unlimited* risks can be defined under each register also.
Strong visual indicators give you an overview of risk status. Controls, impacts & likelihood, and remedial actions are simply recorded. Risk owners are notified as review is required and you have the flexibility to define review periods as you need. Individual risks can be linked to one or more supporting documents stored. A full audit trail is automatically created so review of actions within the tool is very quick and easy.
The tool includes a number or standard reports which can be viewed both within the browser, or published as PDFs for use elsewhere.
