Bernicia Group was formed in February 2008 and is the parent company for Wansbeck Homes and Cheviot Homes. Kingston Property Services, meanwhile, is a commercial enterprise offering property management support to a wide range of leasehold clients and is a subsidiary of Cheviot.
Bernicia make extensive use of the Vestri platform for Intranet, Extranet and KPI reporting.
Took a trip round Vestri this morning. Its good with clear screens. Looked at some back paperwork with no problems. Its a well done guys. Great system and gets us away from the tons of paper we have been storing the last few years

Coast & Country Housing are our longest standing customer, being the first organisation we deployed our Enterprise CMS product some 7 years ago.
Now at version 3.6 the product continues to power 7 different websites through a unified administrative interface

Applaud are currently deploying a Vestri based extranet, and redeveloping the Coast & Country staff intranet and websites.

Gentoo have been a valued customer of Applaud for nearly 5 years and have used our technology in a number of areas of the organisation.
Gentoo continue to use our Enterprise CMS product to power six different websites. With consolidated administration console, e-gif support, full flexibility with content layout, the product has proved its value and adaptability.
North East Procurement
NE Procurement Ltd is a company limited by guarantee i.e. not for profit. It is a consortia of social housing providers with stock in the North East of England. Our 10 members own and manage in the region of 100K properties.
NE Procurement aims to deliver sustainable efficiencies, and enable the provision of social and community benefits to all of our member organizations through collaborative procurement and related strategies. As a consortia, the clients of NE Procurement will leverage their volume and expenditure in order to achieve this.
The newly formed organisation use Vestri to manage and power their website, and as a collaboration portal for members of the consortium.
