Introduction to Account Management
Orchard assigns a dedicated Account Manager to every customer as a matter of course. Their primary role is to establish a mutually rewarding relationship with the customer at all levels to provide:
- A better understanding of a customer's business drivers and future strategic requirements Information on Orchard's products and services and future development plans
- Advice on how working together could help a customer to meet identified business requirements
- Information on housing sector requirements to feed back into Orchard's product roadmap
- Regular contact provides an opportunity to focus on the business aspirations of each customer to ensure that we can provide the best solutions to meet those aspirations and future business needs
